Zusammenfassung: | Provided is a cell culture sheet. The cell culture sheet according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a fiber web having a three-dimensional network structure in which support fibers with an average diameter of 1.5 μm or less are accumulated, and having a basis weight of 1-15 g/m^2; and a functional coating layer coated on at least a support fiber exposed on one surface of the fiber web and having a function of promoting one or more among cell adhesion, migration, proliferation, and differentiation. According to the present invention, cell adhesion is improved due to a high specific surface area and cell-suitable surface morphology, and attached cells are stably supported. Cells can be cultured at a high density with high culture efficiency, and cells can be cultured and collected without clumping, such as forming of a thin film. In addition, as cells that are smaller in size than cells cultured through conventional culture are obtained, the present invention has a great advantage of cultivating and proliferating younger, healthier, non-transformed cells. In addition, the present invention has an excellent effect in terms of proliferation and differentiation in which stem cells are differentiated into specific target cells.
세포배양시트가 제공된다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 의한 세포배양시트는 평균직경이 1.5㎛ 이하인 지지섬유들이 축적되어 형성된 3차원 네트워크 구조이며, 평량이 1 ~ 15g/㎡인 섬유웹 및 및 적어도 상기 섬유웹의 일 표면 상에 노출되는 지지섬유에 피복되며, 세포의 부착, 이동, 증식 및 분화 중 어느 하나 이상을 촉진시키는 기능을 갖는 기능성 코팅층을 포함하여 구현된다. 이에 의하면, 높은 비표면적 및 세포에 적합한 표면 모폴로지로 인해서 세포 부착성을 향상시키며, 부착된 세포를 안정적으로 지지하고, 높은 배양효율로 세포를 집적도 높게 배양할 수 있는 동시에, 세포들이 얇은 막을 형성하는 등의 뭉침 없이 배양 및 회수할 수 있다. 또한, 통상적인 배양을 통해 배양된 세포에 대비해 크기가 작은 세포가 수득 됨에 따라서 더욱 젊고, 건강하며 형질 변화가 없는 세포를 배양, 증식시키는데 매우 유리하다. 더불어 줄기세포를 특정한 목적세포로 분화시키는 분화 및 증식에 있어서 탁월한 효과를 갖는다. |
