Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to: a pyrimido[4,5-d]pyrimidin-2-one derivative compound exhibiting excellent antiproliferative efficacy against cancer cells; a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof; a hydrate or a stereoisomer thereof; a method for manufacturing the same; a pharmaceutical composition for preventing, relieving or treating cancer metastasis and proliferative diseases containing the same as an active component; and an anticancer composition for cancer cells. The compound exhibits excellent anti-cancer activity and antiproliferative efficacy, and thus the compound is useful not only for cancer cell inhibition but also for prevention or treatment of cancer metastasis and proliferative diseases. 본 발명은 암세포에 대한 우수한 항 증식 효능을 나타내는 피리미도[4,5-d]피리미딘-2-온 유도체 화합물, 이의 약학적으로 허용 가능한 염, 이의 수화물 또는 이의 입체 이성질체와, 이의 제조 방법 및 이를 유효성분으로 함유하는 암 전이 및 증식성 질환의 예방, 경감 또는 치료용 약학 조성물, 및 암세포에 대한 항암 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 상기 화합물은 우수한 암세포 억제 활성 및 항증식 효능을 나타내므로, 암세포 저해는 물론이고 나아가 암 전이 및 증식성 질환의 예방 또는 암 치료에 유용하다.
