Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a film boiler and a method of manufacturing the same. The method of manufacturing a film boiler comprises: a carbon strip forming step (S1) of forming carbon strips (10) at regular intervals on a non-combustible cotton fabric (30′); an adhesive application step (S2) of applying an adhesive to a part of the carbon strips (10); a thin copper plate contact step (S3) of bring a thin copper plate (20) into contact with the adhesive; a non-combustible cotton fabric stacking step (S4) of stacking a non-combustible cotton fabric (30) on the carbon strips (10) and the thin copper plate (20); and a decoration film stacking step (S5) of stacking a decoration film (40) on the non-combustible cotton fabric (30). In a carbon heating element attached by applying a silver part between the carbon strips (10) and the thin copper plate (20), a film boiler comprises: an outlet (32) connected to an end at one side of the thin copper plate (20) through a temperature controller (31); non-combustible cotton fabrics (30, 30′) which are adhesively stacked on upper and lower surfaces of the carbon strips (10) and thin copper plate (20) to maintain heat retention while protecting the carbon heating element against external impact; and a decoration film (40) for preventing surface contamination which is adhesively attached to the non-combustible cotton fabric (30). Accordingly, a non-combustible cotton fabric layer is laminated on the carbon heating element on a film with an adhesive, and the decoration film of hard plastic is fused to the surface to easily remove surface contamination without burning. Therefore, the present invention has a simple structure and is easy to be manufactured to provide a low price of product, thereby having excellent economic feasibility. In addition, the present invention has a long life to be stably used for a long period of time without failure.
