Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to an aqueous flame retardant adhesive composition which is eco-friendly, reduces costs by replacing an organic flame retardant, improves layer separation of an adhesive by adding an inorganic flame retardant, and exhibits excellent adhesion and low-temperature stability, and to a production method thereof. The aqueous flame retardant adhesive composition comprises: a base resin; and an aqueous polyvinyl chloride emulsion. 본 발명은 친환경적이며, 유기 난연제 대체를 통한 원가 절감, 및 무기 난연제 첨가에 따른 접착제의 층 분리가 개선되고, 우수한 접착력 및 저온 안정성을 나타낼 수 있는 수성의 난연 접착제 조성물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
