Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a leakage detection apparatus of a multi-branch capillary tube unit. The leakage detection apparatus includes: a chamber unit for inspecting a leakage of a welding part of a multi-branch capillary tube unit having a plurality of capillary tubes installed on a branch member connected with a circulation pipe, and including a body part including a base table installed in a frame, and a chamber lifted by an actuator installed in the body part and combined with the base table to divide an inspection space; a ventilation unit installed in the chamber unit to ventilate the inspection space by discharging leakage inspection gas of the inspection space; a gas supply unit for supplying the leakage inspection gas to the inspection space through a nozzle installed on the chamber or the base table; a capillary tube sealing jig unit installed in the inspection space of the chamber and combined with each capillary tube of the multi-branch capillary tube unit to seal an end of the capillary tube; a vacuum unit combined with the branch member of the multi-branch capillary tube unit supported by the capillary tube sealing jig to vacuum the inside; and a leakage gas detection unit sensing leakage inspection gas discharged when the inside of the multi-branch capillary tube unit is vacuumed by the vacuum unit.
