Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a catalyst electrode which is obtained by manufacturing complex concentrated alloys (CCAs) by using an arc-melting method, and then converting the CCAs into catalyst electrodes having high-efficiency water electrolysis characteristics, and to a catalyst electrode manufactured thereby. 본 발명은 아크-멜팅법을 이용하여 콤플렉스 컨센트레이티드 합금(Complex concentrated alloy, CCAs)을 제조하고, 이를 촉매 전극화하여 고효율의 수전해 특성을 가지는 촉매전극을 제조하는 촉매전극의 제조방법 및 이에 따라 제조된 촉매전극에 관한 것이다.
