Zusammenfassung: | A method of breeding a hexaploid synthetic wheat by crossing a tetraploid durum wheat and a diploid goatgrass according to various embodiments of the present invention comprises the following steps: cutting and fixing spikes for emasculation; pollinating Ae.tauschii wheat with three or more spikes; removing grains from the pollinated flowers and washing seeds; extracting immature embryos from the partial grains; transferring the embryo to a root medium; germinating the embryo; and transferring the germinated plant to a pot and treating with colchicine.
