Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to an electric booster for a vehicle, comprising: a reaction disc of the electric booster for the vehicle; a disc holder accommodating the reaction disc; a screw nut rotated by being linked to the operation of the motor; a screw bolt moving straight toward the reaction disc by being linked to the rotation of the screw nut; a boosting block which is placed between the reaction disc and the screw bolt to come in contact with an outer side unit in a radial direction of the reaction disc when the screw bolt moves; a pedal rod penetrating the screw bolt and the boosting block to come in contact with the central unit in a radial direction of the reaction disc; a disc holder pressurizing unit connected to the screw bolt to be placed to face the disc holder; and a first damage prevention gap unit formed between the disc holder and the disc holder pressurizing unit with a first set width, which limits the elastic transformation volume of the reaction disc by the boosting block to the first set width or below. The present invention is able to be easily applied by a simple structure.
본 발명은 차량용 전동부스터에 관한 것으로, 차량용 전동부스터의 리액션디스크와, 리액션디스크가 수용되는 디스크홀더와, 모터의 작동에 연동하여 회전되는 스크류너트와, 스크류너트의 회전에 연동하여 리액션디스크측으로 직선 이동되는 스크류볼트와, 리액션디스크와 스크류볼트의 사이에 배치되고, 스크류볼트의 이동 시 리액션디스크의 반경방향 외측부와 접하는 부스팅블럭과, 스크류볼트와 부스팅블럭을 관통하여 리액션디스크의 반경방향 중앙부와 접하는 페달로드와, 스크류볼트와 연결되고, 디스크홀더와 마주하여 배치되는 디스크홀더가압구와, 디스크홀더와 디스크홀더가압구의 사이에 제1설정너비로 형성되고, 부스팅블럭에 의한 리액션디스크의 탄성변형량을 제1설정너비 이하로 한정하는 제1파손방지갭부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. |
