SEAL DEVICE HOPPER DEVICE AND GRANULAR MATERIAL COOLING DEVICE

Provided are a sealing device capable of effectively suppressing accumulation of dust in a liquid-sealed sealing device with a simple configuration, a hopper device and a cooling device for a granular material. The sealing device comprises: an annular tub part having an inside wall and an outside wall; and a partition plate provided between the inside wall and the outside wall of the tub part and having a lower end located separately from a bottom surface of the tub part. In the liquid-sealed sealing device, in a state where a lower end part of the partition plate is immersed into a sealing liquid supplied to the tub part, an inside space of the inside wall side and an outside space of the outside wall side are tightly sealed. The sealing device further comprises: a storage tank having an overflow part for overflowing the sealing liquid stored therein; a feed tube for introducing the sealing liquid from the storage tank into the tub part; an exhaust tube for exhausting the sealing liquid from the tub part and returning the sealing liquid to the storage tank; and a liquid collection part formed between the storage tank and the feed tube, and for collecting the sealing liquid from the overflow part of the storage tank and feeding the sealing liquid into the feed tube. The sealing liquid from the liquid collection part is fed to the tub part via the feed tube and without going through a pump, and the liquid collection part is located above an outlet opening of the feed tube in a heightwise direction. (해결 수단) 시일 장치는, 내측벽 및 외측벽을 갖는 환상의 통부와, 상기 통부의 상기 내측벽과 상기 외측벽 사이에 형성되고, 상기 통부의 바닥면과 떨어져서 위치하는 하단을 갖는 구획판을 구비하고, 상기 통부에 공급되는 시일액에 상기 구획판의 하단부가 침지된 상태에서, 상기 내측벽측의 내측 공간과, 상기 외측벽측의 외측 공간을 밀봉하도록 구성된 액봉식의 시일 장치로서, 내부에 저류된 상기 시일액을 일출시키기 위한 일출부를 갖는 저류 탱크와, 상기 저류 탱크로부터의 상기 시일액을 상기 통부로 유도하기 위한 공급관과, 상기 통부로부터 상기 시일액을 배출하여 상기 저류 탱크로 되돌리기 위한 배출관과, 상기 저류 탱크와 상기 공급관 사이에 형성되고, 상기 저류 탱크의 상기 일출부로부터의 상기 시일액을 모아서 상기 공급관으로 송입하기 위한 집액부를 추가로 구비하고, 상기 집액부로부터의 상기 시일액이, 상기 공급관을 통하여, 또한, 펌프를 통하지 않고, 상기 통부에 공급되도록 구성되고, 상기 집액부는, 높이 방향에 있어서, 상기 공급관의 출구 개구보다 상방에 위치한다.
