The method for manufacturing the fish-luring bait comprises the following steps: preparing materials including water, sugar, gelatin, and live bait flavoring; mixing the prepared materials to make a mixed solution; and putting the mixed solution into a reference mold to make the mixed solution into a solid form. The manufacturing method of the fish-luring bait according to the present invention has eco-friendliness by being made of a natural material.
