Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a train apparatus of a forward osmosis process to water-treat a low-concentration solution into a high-concentration solution through the forward osmosis process. The train apparatus includes: a first stage unit through which the high-concentration solution and the low-concentration solution flow in and out; a second stage unit through which the high-concentration solution and the low-concentration solution flow in and out; a forward osmosis membrane unit for water treatment; a first control valve unit installed at a rear end of an inlet pipe of the low-concentration solution; a second control valve unit installed at a rear end of an outlet pipe of the low-concentration solution; and a connection unit connecting the first stage unit and the second stage unit to each other. Thus, according to the present invention, a first control valve unit is installed at the rear end of the low-concentration inlet pipe of the first stage unit, a second control valve unit is installed at the rear end of the low-concentration outlet pipe of the second stage unit, and the connection unit is installed to connect the first stage part and the second stage part to each other, so as to be specialized for facilitating the high recovery rate operation, the pressure fluctuation control according to water temperature, the scale control according to concentrated water quality conditions, and the membrane replacement installation and maintenance. Thus, a large commercial water treatment plant is constructed as optimal 1 million imperial gallons per day (MIGD; 4,500 m^3/day) level integration. 본 발명은 정삼투공정에 의해 저농도의 용액을 고농도의 용액으로 수처리하는 정삼투공정의 트레인 장치에 관한 것으로서, 고농도의 용액과 저농도의 용액이 유출입되는 제1 스테이지부와, 고농도의 용액과 저농도의 용액이 유출입되는 제2 스테이지부와, 수처리하는 정삼투막 유닛부와, 저농도 용액의 유입배관의 후단에 설치된 제1 제어밸브부와, 저농도 용액의 배출배관의 후단에 설치된 제2 제어밸브부와, 제1 스테이지부와 제2 스테이지부를 서로 연결시키는 연결부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 따라서 본 발명은 제1 스테이지부의 저농도 유입배관의 후단에 제1 제어밸브부를 설치하고 제2 스테이지부의 저농도 배출배관의 후단에 제2 제어밸브부를 설치하고 제1 스테이지부와 제2 스테이지부를 서로 연결시키도록 연결부를 설치함으로써, 고회수율 운전, 수온에 따른 압력변동 제어, 농축수 수질조건에 따른 스케일 제어 및 막교체 설치 및 유지관리가 용이하도록 특화시켜, 최적의 1 MIGD(Million Imperial Gallons per Day; 4,500㎥/day)급의 계열화로 대형 수처리 상용 플랜트를 구성할 수 있는 효과를 제공한다.
