The present invention relates to an imprinting roll and an imprinting apparatus including the same. According to one aspect of the present invention, provided is an imprinting roll comprising a core part having a central axis and a pattern part provided on the core part, wherein the pattern part includes a first plating layer provided on the core part and a second plating layer provided on the first plating layer and having a higher hardness than the first plating layer.
