The platform service system comprises: a car owner terminal; and a server. 본 발명은 개인정보 노출이 발생되지 않도록 차량 이동 요청과 이에 대한 응답을 중개하는 플랫폼 서비스를 제공하여, 요청자와 차주 모두의 정보를 보호함과 아울러, 차량 이동 요청을 용이하게 인식하여 빠른 대응이 가능하도록 한 차주의 정보보호를 위한 플랫폼 서비스 시스템에 관한 것이다.
