PCR PCR PCR PRETREATMET METHOD AND MULTIPLEX PCR CHIP THEREOF

The present invention relates to a PCR pretreatment method and a multiplex PC chip therefor. Particularly, the PCR pretreatment method includes the steps of: preparing a PCR chip including a plurality of chambers linked to each other through a microchannel so that the chambers may be linked in series; injecting a reagent into the chambers; drying the reagent injected to the chambers to fix the reagent on the bottom of each chamber; applying and coating a waterproofing coating agent on the surface of the dried reagent; injecting a sample to a chamber present at one side of the chambers so that the sample may be injected to all of the chambers through the chamber present at one side and the microchannel; and introducing the PCR chip including the sample injected thereto to a PCR device, and carrying out PCR to melt the coating agent present on the surface of the reagent by using the heat generated during the PCR process so that the reagent may be mixed with the sample. In this manner, it is possible to prevent the reagent from being contaminated with water or foreign materials, when the pretreated PCR chip is transported, and to inject a sample to all of the chambers merely by injecting the sample once, thereby providing convenience in use. 본 발명은 PCR 전처리 방법 및 이를 위한 멀티플렉스 PCR 칩에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 다수 개의 챔버가 마이크로 채널을 통해 서로 연결되어 상기 다수의 챔버가 직렬로 연결된 PCR 칩을 준비하는 단계와; 상기 다수 개의 챔버의 내부에 시약을 주입하는 단계와; 상기 다수 개의 챔버에 주입된 시약을 건조하여 각각의 챔버의 바닥에 시약을 고정하는 단계와; 상기 건조된 시약의 표면에 방수성 코팅제를 도포하여 코팅하는 단계와; 상기 코팅된 시약이 있는 다수 개의 챔버 중 일측에 있는 챔버에 시료를 주입하여 상기 일측의 챔버와 상기 마이크로 채널을 통해 모든 챔버로 시료가 주입되는 단계와; 상기 시료가 주입된 PCR 칩을 PCR 장치에 넣고 PCR을 수행하여 PCR 과정에서 발생하는 열을 이용하여 상기 시약의 표면에 있는 코팅제를 녹여서 시약과 시료가 혼합되도록 하는 단계를 포함하여, 전처리한 PCR 칩을 운반할 때 수분이나 이물질 등에 의해 시약이 오염되는 것을 방지하고, 한 번의 시료 주입으로 모든 챔버에 시료를 주입할 수 있어 사용이 편리한 PCR 전처리 방법 및 이를 위한 멀티플렉스 PCR 칩을 제공하는 것이다.
