In order to cover a bridge support part line comprising a plurality of bridge support parts installed on an upper side of a bridge lower structure, the apparatus includes: a plurality of front opening and closing plates having a plate shape and erected in front of each bridge support part line, and covering the front side of the bridge support part line by having an upper part erected in accordance with rotation by a rotatable lower part; a plurality of rear opening and closing plates having a plate shape and erected behind each bridge support part line, and covering the rear side of the bridge support part line by having an upper part erected in accordance with rotation by a rotatable lower part; a left opening and closing plate having a plate shape and erected on the left side of the bridge support part lines, and covering the left side of the bridge support part lines by having an upper part erected in accordance with rotation by a rotatable lower part; and a right opening and closing plate having a plate shape and erected on the right side of the bridge support part lines, and covering the right side of the bridge support part lines by having an upper part erected in accordance with rotation by a rotatable lower part.
