Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a polycarboxylic acid-based concrete admixture composition using a polyoxyalkylene-based monomer, and more specifically, to: a copolymer polycarboxylic acid-based concrete admixture composition including polyoxyalkylene-based monomers, carboxylic acid-based monomers, negative ionic reactive emulsifiers, nonionic reactive emulsifiers, and 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate; and a manufacturing method thereof. 본 발명은 폴리옥시알킬렌계 단량체를 이용한 폴리카르본산계 콘크리트 혼화제 조성물 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 폴리옥시알킬렌계 단량체, 카르복실산계 단량체, 음이온성 반응성 유화제와 비이온성 반응성 유화제 및 2-하이드록시에틸아크릴레이트를 포함하는 공중합체인 폴리카르본산계 콘크리트 혼화제 조성물 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.
