Therefore, the single layer flooring can be eco-friendly and have excellent low-temperature flexibility. 본 발명은 단일층 바닥재 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 단일층 바닥재는 스티렌-부타디엔 공중합체, 스티렌-(메트)아크릴레이트 공중합체 및 열가소성 폴리우레탄(Thermoplastic Polyurethane, TPU)을 포함하는 단일층 바닥재 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
