Zusammenfassung:The present specification provides an organic-inorganic complex photovoltaic cell and a manufacturing method thereof. The organic-inorganic complex photovoltaic cell comprises: a first electrode; a second electrode provided to face the first electrode; a light absorbing layer provided between the first electrode and the second electrode; and a hole transport layer provided between the light absorbing layer and the second electrode, wherein the light absorbing layer includes a perovskite structure compound and a fluorine-based organic compound, and the hole transport layer includes an inorganic material or a carbon material.
