Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to artificial leather for a vehicle interior material and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, the artificial leather for a vehicle interior material comprises: a 3D spacer fabric including first and second fabric layers and a spacer layer connecting the first and second fabric layers to form a 3D structure; and a surface layer including an effect layer disposed on the first fabric layer and a surface treatment layer disposed on the effect layer, wherein the tensile strength ratio of the surface layer to the 3D spacer fabric is 0.1: 1 to 8: 1. According to the present invention, the artificial leather can simplify processes, can block odors caused by ammonia (NH_4) gas to remove the smell of vehicle seats, can increase durability to solve a problem that a vehicle interior material is sunk or deformed even when used for a long period of time, and can increase flexibility to solve a problem of occurrence of wrinkles.
본 발명은 자동차 내장재용 인조 가죽 및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로서, 상기 자동차 내장재용 인조 가죽은 3차원 스페이서 페브릭(3D spacer fabric), 그리고 상기 3차원 스페이서 페브릭 위에 위치하는 표지층과 상기 표지층 위에 위치하는 표면처리층을 포함하는 표면층을 포함한다. 상기 자동차 내장재용 인조 가죽은 공정을 간소화할 수 있고, 암모니아(NH4) 가스로 인한 냄새를 차단하여 자동차 시트의 냄새를 제거할 수 있으며, 내구성을 향상시켜 장기간 사용시에도 꺼지거나 변형되는 문제를 개선하고, 유연성을 향상시켜 주름이 생기는 문제를 개선할 수 있다. |
