Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a skin therapeutic agent for alleviating or treating skin defects, comprising the following steps: cutting normal skin tissues; and pulverizing the cut normal skin tissues, wherein the pulverization is performed while the cut normal skin tissues are sucked up into a moving space between a first shaft and a second shaft, and the cut normal skin tissues contact with at least one of the first shaft and the second shaft. 본 발명은 피부 결함의 완화 또는 치료용 피부치료제의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 정상피부조직을 커팅하는 단계; 상기 커팅된 정상피부조직을 분쇄하는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 분쇄는 제1샤프트와 제2사프트 사이의 이동공간으로 상기 커팅된 정상피부조직이 빨려올라가면서 상기 커팅된 정상피부조직이 상기 제1샤프트 및 상기 제2샤프트 중 적어도 어느 하나와 접촉하여 수행된다.
