Zusammenfassung:	The present technology provides a vehicle and a control method thereof, wherein an image around a vehicle is obtained before opening a vehicle door and is provided to a user after opening the vehicle door so that the user can safely get off the vehicle by recognizing an environment around the vehicle even when the vehicle door is opened. The vehicle according to an embodiment includes: a plurality of cameras provided in the vehicle; an output unit; and a control unit for outputting a synthesized image obtained by synthesizing images around the vehicle each obtained by the plurality of cameras to the output unit when a vehicle speed is less than a predetermined speed. 본 기술은 차량 도어 개방 전 차량 주변 영상을 획득하여 도어 개방 후 사용자에게 제공하여 차량의 도어 개방에도 사용자가 차량 주변의 환경을 인지하여 안전하게 하차할 수 있는 차량 및 그 제어방법을 제공한다. 일 실시예에 따른 차량은, 차량에 마련된 복수개의 카메라; 출력부; 및 상기 차량의 속도가 미리 결정된 속도 미만이면, 상기 복수개의 카메라가 각각 획득한 상기 차량 주변의 영상을 합성한 합성 영상을 상기 출력부에 출력하는 제어부;를 포함한다.
