According to the present invention, a plurality of piezoelectric ceramic plates and a plurality of ceramic-polymer mixing plates in which a polymer resin is formed in a rod-like structure in a first direction in a porous piezoelectric ceramic mattress are alternately stacked and laminated in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction. A piezoelectric ceramic material included in the porous piezoelectric ceramic mattress is contained in an amount of 2 to 15 vol% or less based on the porous piezoelectric ceramic mattress.
