Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a mushroom cultivation system which, in functional mushroom cultivation, automatically adjusts various cultivation conditions including temperature, humidity, and CO_2 concentration to form an optimal mushroom growth condition, and contains not only taste and aroma, but also mineral components such as saponin, Zn, Se, and Ge to innovatively build a cultivation environment that gives mushrooms functionality, and especially to have an environment automatic control system which can accommodate various specifications according to the use of a mushroom cooperative unit.
본 발명은 기능성 버섯재배에 있어 온도, 습도, CO2농도를 비롯한 다양한 재배 조건을 자동으로 조절하여 최적의 버섯 생장조건을 형성하면서 맛과 향뿐 아니라 사포닌이나 Zn, Se, Ge 등 미네랄 성분을 함유할 수 있도록 하여 버섯에 기능성을 부여하는 재배환경을 획기적으로 구축하고, 특히 버섯 작목반의 용도별 구분에 따라 여러 사양을 수용할 수 있는 환경 자동제어 기능을 갖는 버섯재배 시스템에 관한 것이다. |
