More specifically, the present invention relates to a composition for skin external application capable of providing excellent antioxidant and anti-aging effects by containing an extract of a fermented product of red-yeast rice obtained by additional fermentation of red-yeast rice, red rice fermented with Monascus, with yeast as an active component. 본 발명은 홍국쌀 발효물의 추출물을 함유하는 피부 외용제 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 홍국균으로 발효시킨 붉은색 쌀인 홍국쌀을 효모로 추가 발효시켜 얻은 홍국쌀 발효물의 추출물을 유효성분으로 함유함으로써, 우수한 항산화 및 항노화 효과를 제공할 수 있는 피부 외용제 조성물에 관한 것이다.
