Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a droplet-based hydrogel and a method for manufacturing the same, and more particularly, to a method for manufacturing a droplet-based hydrogel having a functional group through a microfluidic reaction system. The droplet-based hydrogel manufactured according to an embodiment of the present invention has advantages of a hydrogel and microparticles, and may additionally have a functional group, and thus can play a major role in biomaterials, drug delivery, polymer scaffolds for synthesis, 3-D cell culture for cell detection, affinity chromatography, cell delivery systems in vivo, protein fishing, and the like through bio-friendly properties. 본 발명은 액적화된 하이드로겔 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 미세유체(microfluidics) 반응 시스템을 통해 작용기를 갖는 액적화된 하이드로겔(hydrogel)의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시형태에 따라 제조된 액적화된 하이드로겔은 하이드로겔 및 미세입자의 장점을 함께 가지며, 추가로 작용기를 가질 수 있으므로, 생체친화적인 특성을 통해 생체재료, 약물전달, 합성용 고분자지지체, 세포 검출을 위한 3-D 세포배양, 친화크로마토그래피, 생체 내 세포전달체, 프로테인 피싱(protein fishing) 등에서 주요한 역할을 수행할 수 있다.
