Disaster warning system based on LPR

The present invention relates to an alarm notification system for preparing a disaster situation such as a flood and a fire through vehicle number recognition and, more specifically, to a disaster alarm system comprising: a disaster information providing server for predicting disaster occurrence to provide disaster occurrence information; a parking management server for managing a vehicle of a parking lot; a license plate recognizer (LPR) operating server for operating and managing a mobile LPR; a public data management server for managing public data; a cell broadcasting service (CBS) operating server for operating a CBS for an area wherein disaster occurrence is predicted; and a disaster alarm platform operated to provide disaster preparation information for an owner of a vehicle parked in the area where the disaster occurrence is predicted when disaster information is provided from the disaster information providing server. The disaster alarm platform includes: a disaster information receiving unit for receiving the disaster occurrence information from the disaster information providing server; a vehicle information collecting unit for collecting vehicle information parked in the area where the disaster occurrence is predicted from the parking management server and the LPR operating server; a vehicle owner information collecting unit for collecting vehicle owner information on the vehicle collected by the vehicle information collecting unit from the public data management server; an evacuation information generating unit for generating evacuation information in accordance with the disaster occurrence information; and a control unit for controlling the evacuation information to be transmitted through the CBS operating server for the vehicle parked in the area where the disaster occurrence is predicted. 본 발명은 차량번호 인식을 통한 홍수, 화재 등의 재난 상황을 대비한 경보 알림시스템에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 재난 경보시스템은, 재난 발생을 예견하여 재난 발생 정보를 제공하는 재난정보 제공서버, 주차장의 차량을 관리하는 주차 관리서버, 이동식 차량번호판인식기(LPR)를 운영하고 관리하는 LPR 운영서버, 공공 데이터를 관리하는 공공 DATA 관리서버, 재난 발생이 예견된 지역에 대한 재난 방송 시스템(CBS)을 운영하는 CBS 운영서버, 및, 상기 재난정보 제공서버로부터 재난정보가 제공될 때, 재난 발생이 예견된 지역에 주차된 차량의 차주에게 재난 대비 정보를 제공하도록 운영하는 재난경보 플랫폼을 포함하고, 상기 재난경보 플랫폼은, 상기 재난정보 제공서버로부터 재난 발생 정보를 수신하는 재난정보 수신부와, 상기 주차 관리서버 및 상기 LPR 운영서버로부터 재난 발생이 예견된 지역에 주차된 차량정보를 수집하는 차량정보 수집부와, 상기 공공 DATA 관리서버로부터 상기 차량정보 수집부에서 수집된 차량의 차주정보를 수집하는 차주정보를 수집하는 차주정보 수집부와, 재난 발생 정보에 따른 대피정보를 생성하는 대피정보 생성부와, 재난 발생이 예견된 지역에 주차된 차량에 대하여 CBS 운영서버를 통하여 대피정보를 전송하도록 제어하는 제어부를 포함한다.
