열가소성 수지 필름, 및 그 제조 방법

본 발명의 열가소성 수지 필름은, 열가소성 수지 100 질량부 및 유기 화합물인 첨가제 0.5 ∼ 5 질량부를 함유하고, 상기 열가소성 수지 및 첨가제의 함유량이, 수지 조성물 전체량에 대해 70 질량％ 이상인 열가소성 수지 조성물을 용융 상태로 다이로부터 압출하고, 표면 최대 조도 (Rz) 가 0.1 ∼ 1.0 ㎛ 인 금속 냉각 롤에 접촉시킴으로써, 헤이즈가 2 ％ 이하이고, 필름 표면에 부착되어 있는 상기 유기 화합물인 첨가제의 양이 필름에 대해 0.02 질량％ 이하이다. The present invention relates to a thermoplastic resin film including a thermoplastic resin composition containing 100 parts by mass of a thermoplastic resin and 0.5 to 5 parts by mass of an additive that is an organic compound, wherein the content of the thermoplastic resin and the additive is 70% by mass or more relative to the whole amount of the resin composition, a haze thereof is 2% or less, and the amount of the additive that is an organic compound attached onto the film surface is 0.02% by mass or less relative to the film, the thermoplastic resin film being prepared by extruding a thermoplastic resin composition in a molten state from a die; and bringing the molten thermoplastic resin composition into contact with a metal cooling roll having a surface roughness (Rz) of 0.1 to 1.0 µm.
