DOOR LOCKING APPARATUS

Embodiments according to an aspect of the present disclosure relate to a door locking device. The door locking device according to an exemplary embodiment is a door locking device installed in a washing machine to lock or unlock a door and includes: a drive motor having a rotary shaft; a pinion gear coupled to the rotary shaft of the drive motor; a first gear unit including a first spur gear engaged with the pinion gear and a worm gear coaxially coupled to the first spur gear to be idled; a second gear unit including a helical gear engaged with the worm gear of the first gear unit and a second spur gear formed coaxially with the helical gear; a third gear unit including a third spur gear engaged with the second spur gear of the second gear unit and a fourth spur gear formed coaxially with the third spur gear; and a push key including a rack gear engaged with the fourth spur gear of the third gear unit and a rod extended from the rack gear toward the door. 본 개시의 일 측면에 따른 실시예들은 도어 잠금 장치에 관련된다. 예시적 실시예에 따른 도어 잠금 장치는, 세탁기에 장착되어 도어를 잠금 또는 잠금 해제하는 도어 잠금 장치이며, 회전축을 갖는 구동 모터; 구동 모터의 회전축에 결합되는 피니언 기어; 피니언 기어에 맞물리는 제1 평기어와 제1 평기어에 대하여 아이들링 가능하게 동축으로 결합되는 웜기어를 포함하는 제1 기어부; 제1 기어부의 웜기어에 맞물리는 헬리컬기어와 헬리컬기어와 동축으로 형성되는 제2 평기어를 포함하는 제2 기어부; 제2 기어부의 제2 평기어와 맞물리는 제3 평기어와 제3 평기어와 동축으로 형성되는 제4 평기어를 포함하는 제3 기어부; 및 제3 기어부의 제4 평기어와 맞물리는 랙기어와 랙기어로부터 도어를 향하여 연장하는 로드를 포함하는 갖는 푸쉬키를 포함한다.
