Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a method for preparing 1,1,2,2,9,9,10,10-octafluoro[2.2]paracyclophane (AF4) with high purity and high yield by using a cooling recrystallization separation technique, which can remove impurities through cooling recrystallization during a process for preparing AF4, a monomer of parylene HT, using a difference in solubility of AF4 depending on solvent types. The method for purifying AF4 (1,1,2,2,9,9,10,10-octafluoro[2.2]paracyclophane) according to the present invention includes the steps of: dissolving AF4 and impurities in a solvent; and cooling the solvent, wherein AF4 shows a difference in solubility (g/100 g of solvent) to the solvent of 70% or more depending on a change in temperature in the cooling step.
본 발명은 용매의 종류에 따른 AF4의 용해도 차이를 이용하여 parylene HT의 단량체인 AF4 제조공정 중 냉각 재결정화를 통하여 불순물을 제거할 수 있는 냉각 재결정화 분리 기술을 활용한 고 순도, 고 수율의 1,1,2,2,9,9,10,10-octafluoro[2.2]paracyclophane (AF4) 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 AF4(1,1,2,2,9,9,10,10-octafluoro[2.2]paracyclophane)의 정제방법으로, AF4 및 불순물을 용매에 녹이는 단계; 및 상기 용매를 냉각시키는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 냉각시키는 단계에서의 온도 변화에 따른 AF4의 상기 용매에 대한 용해도(g/100g 용매) 차이는 70% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 AF4 정제방법을 제공한다. |
