세르둘라티닙 또는 이의 약제학적으로 허용되는 염, 수화물 또는 용매화물을 투여하기 위한 국소 제형의 실시형태가 본 발명에 개시되어 있다. 상기 국소 제형의 제조 방법의 실시형태가 또한 본 발명에 개시되어 있다. 개시된 제형은 피부과적 상태, 예를 들면, 아토피 피부염의 치료에 적합하다. Embodiments of topical formulations for administering cerdulatinib or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, hydrate or solvate thereof are disclosed. Embodiments of methods for preparing the topical formulations are also disclosed. The disclosed formulations are suitable for the treatment of dermatologic conditions such as atopic dermatitis.
