The present invention relates to a vehicle battery cooling block assembly structure capable of accurately coupling a base plate and a cover plate while reducing the use of raw materials. The vehicle battery cooling block assembly structure of the present invention comprises a base plate and a cover plate. In the vehicle battery cooling block assembly structure in which the base plate and the cover plate are temporarily fixed by a superimposed fixing part and joined by brazing along a circumferential surface, the fixing part consists of grooves and projections respectively formed in the base plate and the cover plate. 본 발명은 원소재의 사용을 줄이면서 베이스 플레이트와 커버 플레이트를 정확하게 결합할 수 있는 자동차용 배터리 냉각 블록 조립구조에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 자동차용 배터리 냉각 블록 조립구조는 베이스 플레이트와 커버 플레이트로 이루어지고 이들 베이스 플레이트와 커버 플레이트를 포개 고정부로 임시 고정한 상태로 둘레면을 따라서 브레이징으로 접합한 자동차용 배터리 냉각 블록 조립구조에 있어서, 상기 고정부는 베이스 플레이트와 커버 플레아트에 각각 형성된 홈과 돌기로 이루어진 자동차용 배터리 냉각 블록 조립구조를 제공한다.
