CLOTHES TREATING APPARATUS DRUM MANUFACTURING APPARATUS AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF DRUM

The present invention provides a drum manufacturing apparatus which manufactures a drum with improved manufacturing efficiency. The drum manufacturing apparatus to manufacture a drum body having a cylinder unit and a plurality of extension units radially protruding from the cylinder unit comprises: an upper mold having a plurality of pressing cams to move vertically; and a lower mold to be combined with the upper mold. The lower mold includes: a plurality of core molds radially arranged to allow the outside thereof to face the inner surface of the cylinder unit; and a plurality of moving molds arranged to be radially separated from the plurality of core molds, pressed by the plurality of pressing cams to be radially moved, and connected to the plurality of core molds to move along with the plurality of core molds. The plurality of core molds press the inner surface of the cylinder unit by movements of the plurality of moving molds to form the plurality of extension units. 원통부와 상기 원통부로부터 반경방향으로 돌출되는 복수의 확장부를 갖는 드럼몸체를 제조하기 위한 드럼 제조장치에 있어서, 상하이동하는 복수의 가압캠을 갖는 상부금형, 상기 상부금형과 형합하는 하부금형을 포함하고, 상기 하부금형은 그 외측이 상기 원통부의 내면과 마주하도록 방사상으로 배치되는 복수의 코어금형, 상기 복수의 코어금형의 각각으로부터 반경방향으로 이격되게 배치되되 상기 복수의 가압캠에 의해 각각 가압되어 반경방향으로 이동가능하게 구성되는 복수의 이동금형으로서, 상기 복수의 코어금형과 연결되어 상기 복수의 코어금형과 함께 이동하도록 구성되는 복수의 이동금형을 포함한다. 복수의 코어금형은 상기 복수의 이동금형의 이동에 의해 상기 원통부의 내면을 가압함으로서, 상기 복수의 확장부를 형성한다.
