Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to an image playback method in which frames before requested image playback time are transmitted and received without a rate limit and only decoded, and frames after the image playback time are transmitted and received in accordance with a playback rate to perform decoding and image playback. Therefore, an image can be quickly played in accordance with the image playback time requested by a user without changing GOV settings or codec settings. 본 발명은 영상 재생 방법에 관한 것으로, 요청받은 영상 재생시점 이전 프레임은 속도 제한없이 송수신하여 디코딩만 수행하고, 영상 재생시점 이후 프레임은 재생속도에 따라 송수신하여 디코딩 및 영상 재생을 수행함으로써 GOV 설정이나 코덱 설정의 변경없이 사용자가 요청한 영상재생시점에 맞게 영상을 빠르게 재생할 수 있다.
