Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a work roll for a tension leveler of a metal foil rolling mill, in which a tension leveler (1) for improving the flatness of a rolling material (4) includes a correctional stage (3) including a plurality of work rolls (2), and the work rolls (2) are alternately arranged on the top and bottom of the rolling material (4) so as to contact the surface of the rolling material (4). The work rolls (2) each have a coating layer (10) coated with a ceramic material selected from alumina (Al_2O_3), zirconia (ZrO_2), or magnesium oxide (MgO) on the outer surface thereof. In particular, the thickness of the coating layer (10) is in a range of 10-200 μm, more preferably 90-110 μm, most preferably 100 μm. Therefore, the work roll can reduce the deterioration of the work roll surface, thereby increasing hours of use. 본 발명은 압연소재(4)의 평탄도를 향상시키기 위한 텐션 레벨러(1)가 다수의 워크롤(2)로 구성된 교정단(3)을 포함하고 상기 워크롤(2)이 상기 압연소재(4)의 표면에 접촉하도록 상하로 교차배열되어 있는 금속박 압연기의 텐션 레벨러용 워크롤에 관한 것으로, 상기 워크롤(2)이 외면에 알루미나(AlO), 지르코니아(ZrO) 또는 산화마그네슘(MgO)의 세라믹 물질로부터 선택된 하나의 세라믹 물질로 코팅된 코팅층(10)을 가짐을 특징으로 한다. 특히 본 발명에 있어서, 상기 코팅층(10)의 두께는 10~200㎛의 범위, 더 바람직하게는 90~110㎛의 범위, 가장 바람직하게는 100㎛이다.
