Zusammenfassung:The present invention provides a new composition of super austenitic stainless steel. According to one embodiment of the present invention, through a new alloy design of the super austenitic stainless steel, an area fraction of sigma (σ) phase, which is a cause of high brittleness among welding metal units welded using the super austenitic stainless steel, is controlled to equal to or less than 3%. Accordingly, the super austenitic stainless steel with improved mechanical properties of the super austenitic stainless steel welding metal unit can be provided. The super austenitic stainless steels contains: 0.01 to 0.03 wt% of carbon (C); 22 to 24 wt% of chromium (Cr); 17 to 19 wt% nickel (Ni); 6 to 6.5 wt% of molybdenum (Mo); 4 to 5 wt% manganese (Mn); 0.05 to 0.4 wt% silicon (Si); 0.3 to 0.4 wt% nitrogen (N); and the balance iron (Fe). 본 발명은 슈퍼 오스테나이트계 스테인레스 강의 새로운 조성을 제공한다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 슈퍼 오스테나이트계 스테인레스강의 새로운 합금 설계를 통하여, 슈퍼 오스테나이트계 스테인레스강을 이용하여 용접된 용접 금속부 중 높은 취성의 원인인 시그마(σ)상 면적분율을 3 % 이하로 제어하여 슈퍼 오스테나이트계 스테인레스강 용접 금속부의 기계적 특성이 향상된 슈퍼 오스테나이트계 스테인레스 강을 제공할 수 있다.
