Accordingly, an opening such as an entrance is supported and protected normally, a unique function of a safety lintel is maintained by dissipating a seismic force with a reinforcing structure and a coil type earthquake-proof spring even if an earthquake-proof and isolation device is destructed in case that the seismic force of a predetermined magnitude or more acts on one shear wall of the opening.
