Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a damper having seismic isolation and vibration isolation functions of a lintel type which comprises: first and second damper struts in which horizontal and vertical rebar members are placed to increase ductility of a safety lintel structure for supporting and protecting an opening such as an entrance of a building; first and second rectangular flanges each welded to the horizontal rebar members of the first and second damper struts, and having a through hole formed at the center to fix first and second vibration isolation dampers by a fastening bolt; first and second vibration isolation dampers each fastened to the first and second rectangular flanges by the fastening bolt, and having an earthquake-proof and isolation function for distributing a seismic force by self-destruction and preventing transfer of the seismic force to other shear walls when reaching a designed target resistance value after resisting the seismic force in case of occurrence of earthquake; first and second stacked rubber pads coming in close contact with the first and second rectangular flanges, and having a seismic isolation function of dispersing, absorbing, and attenuating a seismic force transferred through the flanges; and a coil type earthquake-proof spring positioned between the first and second stacked rubber pads, extending a natural period to reduce and extinguish the seismic force, and maintaining a unique function of a safety lintel structure even when the first and second vibration isolation dampers are destructed. Accordingly, an opening such as an entrance is supported and protected normally, a unique function of a safety lintel is maintained by dissipating a seismic force with a reinforcing structure and a coil type earthquake-proof spring even if an earthquake-proof and isolation device is destructed in case that the seismic force of a predetermined magnitude or more acts on one shear wall of the opening.
본 발명은 인방형 면진 및 제진 기능을 갖는 댐퍼에 관한 것으로, 건축물의 출입문과 같은 개구부를 지지 보호하는 인방보 구조물의 연성능력을 증가시키기 위해 횡철근부재와 종철근부재가 배근된 제1/제2 댐퍼 스트럿과; 상기 제1/제2 댐퍼 스트럿의 횡철근부재와 각각 용접되며, 제1/제2 제진댐퍼를 체결용 볼트로 고정시키기 위해 중앙에 관통구가 형성된 제1/제2 사각 플랜지와; 상기 제1/제2 사각 플랜지에 상기 체결용 볼트로 각각 체결되며, 지진 발생 시 지진력에 저항하다가 설계 목표 저항값에 도달하면 스스로 파괴되어 지진력을 분산되게 하고 다른 전단벽으로 지진력의 전이를 방지하도록 하는 내진격리 기능을 갖는 제1/제2 제진댐퍼와; 상기 제1/제2 사각 플랜지와 밀착되며, 상기 플랜지를 통해 전달되는 지진력을 분산 및 흡수하여 감쇄시키는 면진 기능을 갖는 제1/제2 적층고무패드와; 상기 제1/제2 적층고무패드 사이에 위치하며, 고유주기를 길게 하여 지진력을 감소 및 소멸시키며, 상기 제1/제2 제진댐퍼가 파괴되더라도 인방보 구조물의 고유 기능을 유지시키도 |
