Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a system for reducing power consumption of a furnace in casting manufacture and a power consumption reduction method thereof. According to the present invention, the method comprises: a management server (10); a melting weight and power collection unit (20) including a weight measurement unit (210) using a load cell to measure weight data of raw materials of casting and a melting furnace power measurement unit (220) measuring power of a melting furnace in which the raw materials for casting are filled and melted; an energy analysis unit (30) including a basic unit analysis module (310) analyzing power usage per one ton of the raw materials required when the total weight of the raw materials charged in the melting furnace is melted and a recursive model analysis module (320) for calculating energy saving of the melting furnace; an excessive melting power usage alerting/blocking unit (40), when the melting power usage exceeds a threshold value in accordance with a comparison value analyzed in the energy analysis unit (30), alerting an operator of excessive supply of melting power and blocking power; and a display unit (50), when the melting power usage does not exceed the threshold value in accordance with the comparison value analyzed in the energy analysis unit (30), displaying a result of the energy analysis unit (30) and an expected energy saving amount on an operator screen.
