The double-sided grill pan includes a body, a cover, and a grill. 본 발명은 구이물을 뒤집지 않고 빠르고 편리하게 양면을 동시에 구울 수 있으며, 굽는 과정에서 발생되는 연기나 냄새를 제거할 수 있고, 구이물로부터 발생된 기름이 역류하여 열원으로 투입되어 화재가 발생되는 문제점을 미연에 방지할 수 있는 양면 구이팬을 개시한다.
