Zusammenfassung:Disclosed are an exoskeleton robot system apparatus and an operation method thereof. The exoskeleton robot system apparatus and the operation method thereof, which are provided in the present invention, can greatly improve precision of an existing exoskeleton robot through precise body position detection at a very short distance using a plurality of wearable devices each equipped with a plurality of infrared photodiodes and infrared light emitting diodes (LEDs).
