Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a monoclonal antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof that specifically binds to the EGF2 domain of human colon cancer secreted protein-2 (CCSP-2). The monoclonal antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof of the present invention specifically binds to the EGF2 domain of CCSP-2, thereby significantly enhancing the affinity compared to the conventional peptide that specifically binds to CCSP-2 and further enhancing the specificity compared to the conventional antibody against CCSP-2.
