Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a monoclonal antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof that specifically binds to the EGF2 domain of human colon cancer secreted protein-2 (CCSP-2). The monoclonal antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof of the present invention specifically binds to the EGF2 domain of CCSP-2, thereby significantly enhancing the affinity compared to the conventional peptide that specifically binds to CCSP-2 and further enhancing the specificity compared to the conventional antibody against CCSP-2. Accordingly, in the future, CCSP-2 can be specifically detected at the protein level to enable accurate diagnosis. 본 발명은 인간 CCSP-2(colon cancer secreted protein-2)의 EGF2 도메인에 특이적으로 결합하는 단일클론항체, 또는 그의 항원결합 단편에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 단일클론항체, 또는 그의 항원결합 단편은 CCSP-2의 EGF2 도메인에 특이적으로 결합함으로써 기존의 CCSP-2에 특이적으로 결합하는 펩타이드에 비해 친화도(affinity)가 현저히 증진되었으며, 기존의 CCSP-2에 대한 항체에 비해 특이성이 더욱 증진되었다. 이에 따라, 향후 CCSP-2를 단백질 수준에서 특이적으로 검출하여 정확한 진단을 가능하게 할 수 있다.
