Zusammenfassung:According to the present invention, a method for manufacturing a temperature sensor tag using R2R gravure printing comprises the steps of: printing an antenna and a wire on a flexible substrate by using ink including silver nanoparticles; printing a temperature sensor on the flexible substrate by using temperature sensor ink including the silver nanoparticles and glass frits; and treating the printed antenna, wire, and temperature sensor at the high temperature of 250°C or higher. Therefore, the temperature sensor tag with an improved communication function with a smartphone may be provided. 본 발명에 의한 롤투롤 인쇄 방식을 이용하여 온도 센서 태그를 제조하는 방법은, Ag 나노파티클을 포함하는 잉크를 사용하여 유연 기판 상에 안테나 및 배선을 인쇄하는 단계, Ag 나노파티클(Nanoparticle) 및 글라스 프릿(glass frit)을 포함하는 온도 센서 잉크를 사용하여 유연 기판 상에 온도 센서를 인쇄하는 단계, 및 인쇄된 안테나, 배선, 및 온도 센서를 250℃ 이상의 고온에서 열처리하는 단계를 포함한다.
