Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a high-strength spherical zeolite molded body and a method for producing the same. More particularly, the present invention relates to a high-strength spherical zeolite molded body which replaces a conventional clay binder that is an inorganic binder for zeolite, is difficult to filter and wash with water, and has poor mechanical strength and adsorption ability, and which can be applied very usefully as an adsorbent of a fluidized bed system for a high-purity oxygen generator with a high air volume by showing excellent nitrogen separation ability, abrasion resistance and external density by mixing a silicone compound and ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene (UHMWPE), and to a method for producing the same.
본 발명은 고강도(高强度) 구형(球形) 제올라이트 성형체와 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 제올라이트의 무기계 결합제로서 여과 및 수세가 까다롭고, 기계적 강도 및 흡착능이 떨어지는 종래의 점토류 결합제를 대신하여, 실리콘 화합물과 초고 분자량 폴리에틸렌 화합물(UHMWPE)을 혼합 사용함으로써, 우수한 질소 분리능, 내마모성 및 외형밀도를 나타내어 고풍량의 고순도 산소발생장치를 위한 유동층 시스템의 흡착제로 매우 유용하게 적용할 수 있는 고강도 구형 제올라이트 성형체와 그의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. |
