The present invention relates to a bush device for a vehicle, including: an inner convex unit disposed to cover the outer circumferential surface of a shaft member installed in a vehicle body and formed in a tubular shape; an outer convex unit disposed to cover the inner convex unit at a position spaced apart from the convex unit and formed in a tubular shape; and a tubular elastic unit disposed between the inner convex unit and the outer convex unit to function as a buffer. A bolt unit is provided on the shaft member.
