Pyrrolopyridine derivatives and use thereof for preventing or treating protein kinase related disease

The present invention relates to a pyrrolopyridine derivative and a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating protein kinase-related diseases containing the same as an active component. The pyrrolopyridine derivative has excellent inhibitory activity on various protein kinases including LRRK2, DYRK1, and CLK1 and exhibits an excellent suppressive effect on the growth of triple-negative breast cancer cells. Therefore, the pharmaceutical composition containing the same as the active component can be usefully used for treating or preventing protein kinase-related diseases, especially, cancer, degenerative brain diseases, and inflammatory diseases, and specifically for treating triple-negative breast cancer. 피롤로피리딘 유도체 및 이를 유효성분으로 함유하는 단백질 키나아제 관련 질환의 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물에 관한 것으로, 상기 피롤로피리딘 유도체는 LRRK2, DYRK1, 및 CLK1을 포함하는 다양한 단백질 키나아제에 대한 억제활성이 우수하고, 삼중음성 유방암 세포의 증식을 억제하는 효과가 우수하므로, 이를 유효성분으로 함유하는 약학적 조성물은 단백질 키나아제 관련 질환, 특히, 암, 퇴행성 뇌질환 및 염증질환의 치료 또는 예방에 유용하게 사용될 수 있고, 구체적으로, 삼중음성 유방암의 치료에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
