The present invention provides a refrigerator in which the actual volume of a storeroom can be maximized. The refrigerator includes: a cabinet in which the storeroom is formed; an inner guide for dividing the storeroom into a storage space and an air flow path; a partition member that divides the storage space into a first space and a second space; a temperature control device placed in the air flow path; and a first damper arranged in the air flow path to regulate the air supplied to the first space. The height of an upper end of the temperature control device is lower than the height of the lower end of the partition member, and the first damper is disposed at the height overlapping the partition member in a horizontal direction. 냉장고는 저장실이 형성된 캐비닛과; 저장실을 저장공간과 공기유로로 구획하는 이너 가이드와; 저장 공간을 제1공간과 제2공간으로 구획하는 구획부재와; 공기유로에 배치된 온도조절장치와; 공기유로에 배치되어 제1공간으로 공급되는 공기를 조절하는 제1댐퍼를 포함한다. 온도조절장치의 상단 높이는 구획부재의 하단 높이 보다 낮다. 제1댐퍼는 수평 방향으로 구획부재와 오버랩되는 높이에 배치된다.
