The present invention relates to an outdoor unit of an air conditioner, which includes: a case forming the exterior; a controller disposed inside the case and controlling operation of various parts of the air conditioner; a heat dissipating member connected to the controller to dissipate heat generated from the controller; and a support member that is connected to the controller and is coupled with a heat dissipating member that radiates heat generated from the controller to fix the position of the heat dissipating member and has an insertion hole into which the heat dissipating member is inserted, wherein the heat dissipating member is disposed to face the controller with respect to the support member, and at least a partial region of the heat dissipating member passes through the insertion hole to the outdoor unit of the air conditioner in contact with the controller to prevent damage to the structure for radiating heat from the controller. 본 발명은 외관을 형성하는 케이스; 상기 케이스의 내부에 배치되고, 공기조화기의 각종 부품의 작동을 제어하는 컨트롤러; 상기 컨트롤러와 연결되어 상기 컨트롤러에서 발생하는 열을 방열하는 방열부재 및 상기 방열부재와 결합하여 상기 방열부재의 위치를 고정하고, 상기 방열부재가 삽입되는 삽입홀이 형성되는 지지부재를 포함하고, 상기 방열부재는 상기 지지부재를 기준으로 상기 컨트롤러와 대향되게 배치되고, 적어도 상기 방열부재의 일부 영역은 상기 삽입홀을 관통하여 상기 컨트롤러와 접촉되는 공기조화기의 실외기로 컨트롤러의 열을 방열하는 구조의 손상을 방지하기 위한 공기조화기의 실외기에 관한 것이다.
