Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a double header pipe structure for a microchannel heat exchanger, which inserts and couples a coupling protrusion protruding from an upper header into a coupling groove formed on a lower header so that binding force of the upper header and the lower header can be increased. Thus, the double header pipe structure for a microchannel heat exchanger can improve internal pressure and destruction pressure. To this end, the double header pipe structure for a microchannel heat exchanger includes: the upper header in which a plurality of slots and separator slots penetrate the upper surface; a lower header having the coupling groove on the upper surface; a tube coupled to the lower header through the slots penetrating the upper header; and a separator forming an inner flow path. 본 발명은 상부헤더에 돌출된 결합돌기를 하부헤더에 형성된 결합홈에 끼워 결합하므로 상부헤더와 하부헤더의 결속력을 높일 수 있으므로 내압 및 파괴압을 개선할 수 있는 마이크로 채널 열교환기의 이중 헤더파이프 구조에 관한 것이다.
