According to embodiments of the present invention, a touch sensor comprises: a base layer including a first area and a second area; a plurality of touch sensing unit electrodes disposed on the first area of the base layer; a fingerprint sensing eletrode layer disposed on the second area of the base layer, and including first fingerprint sensing unit electrodes and second fingerprint sensing unit electrodes disposed on different layers; and dummy electrodes separated from the touch sensing unit electrodes and formed to overlap the touch sensing unit electrodes in a plane direction.
