Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a papermaking ink with near-infrared (NIR) absorption performance and a method of producing the same. In particular, the papermaking ink with NIR absorption performance comprises, with respect to the total weight of the ink: 10-40 wt% of an NIR disperse dye; 1-5 wt% of a dye; 0.5-1 wt% of a surface tension regulator; 20-40 wt% of an organic solvent; and a balance of water. In particular, the method of producing a papermaking ink with NIR absorption performance comprises steps of introducing, into a mixing tank, a mixture containing, with respect to the total weight of the ink, 10-40 wt% of an NIR disperse dye, 1-5 wt% of a dye, 0.5-1 wt% of a surface tension regulator, 20-40 wt% of an organic solvent, and a balance of water; sufficiently stirring and mixing the mixture for 3-5 hours under the mixing conditions of a stirring temperature of 20-35°C and a stirring rate of 10-30 rpm; and aging the mixture for 3-5 hours in a temperature range of 20-35°C in an aging tank.
본 발명은 근적외선 흡수 성능을 갖는 제지용 잉크 및 그의 제조방법에 관한것으로, 보다 구체적으로, 잉크 총량에 대하여, 근적외선(NIR) 분산염료 10~40중량%, 염료 1~5중량%, 표면장력 조절제 0.5~1중량%, 유기용매 20~40중량% 및 잔량의 물을 포함하는 근적외선 흡수 성능을 갖는 제지용 잉크, 및 혼합탱크에, 잉크 총량에 대하여, 근적외선(NIR) 분산염료 10~40중량%, 염료 1~5중량%, 표면장력 조절제 0.5~1중량%, 유기용매 20~40중량% 및 잔량의 물을 포함하도록 투입한 다음, 교반온도 20~35℃, 교반속도 10~30rpm의 혼합조건에서 3~5시간동안 충분히 교반혼합한 다음, 숙성탱크에서 20~35℃의 온도범위 내에서 3~5시간동안 숙성하는 과정을 포함하여 이루어지는 근적외선 흡수 성능을 갖는 제지용 잉크의 제조방법이 개시된다. |
